We strongly believe in the personal development of our Team and the commitment to the individual. Our aim is to train our Staff in all aspects of their Safety and the job description that they are empowered to undertake.

Within the company’s commitment to training, we have six apprentices to date. With two of them now entering their final year of training before becoming qualified as an Electrician along with our first apprentice. Their personal development is taken very seriously with close monitoring and additional training, this has been reflected in all of their successful results at college.

Joint Industry Board (JIB) Membership
FES Co Ltd are a registered JIB Company providing the benefits to its employees and the training facilities for the Apprentices. Also employing its Staff under the National Working Rules agreements.

The Vision statement of the JIB is as follows:

‘Building on the principle of partnership, the parties to the JIB – ECA and AMICUS (AEEU Section) are committed to ensuring the electrical contracting industry develops the most effective industrial relations and safety standards and practices in the electro technical sector.’
